Working with Geoff has been very productive as we had many questions, issues and ideas however required help to understand the requirements of our customers and how the best way to go about to achieve compliance and then to implement the processes. We have been working on how the culture is currently and will then work on what changes need to be implemented. Geoff has offered ideas and solutions which has helped me greatly.
